My Estimateer provides preliminary construction-estimate tools. Estimates are informational and are not a substitute for a professional quantity survey, engineer’s estimate, contractor quotation, approved BOQ, or official government rate schedule.
2. Accuracy
Material, labour, exchange-rate and other inputs can change by location and time. Users should verify rates and quantities before making financial or construction decisions.
3. AI and drawings
AI-generated results may contain errors. Uploaded plans may have missing, unreadable or ambiguous dimensions. Assumptions should be checked by a qualified professional.
4. Government projects
Government-project estimates are not official government BOQs or approvals. Official schedules should be independently verified.
5. Paid features
Paid features are provided according to the plan shown at checkout and may depend on successful payment and provider confirmation.
6. Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the website or payment systems.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. The current version will be published on this page.
